Cross comments that Mr. [J.B.D.] Cogswell has been sent by the Administration to Wisconsin to prosecute the leader of the Anti-Constitutional Party of that state. Also notes war spirit in New York is high, troops mustering, leaving by the thousands for the war. "Damn the traitors!".
